¿¿¿What do these three question marks mean???

We have been living here, at the Costa Brava,for over 2 decades.
We speak the local language and we "well know", where, what and with whom, you get "what... !!!

Also, if we do not have a immediate solution by hand, however, we have the knowledge and contacts , to "find it out", whatever you are surching for.

We are happy to provide this knowledge to our (regular) customers!
If we have already worked for you and you have customer file, you can post us, a simple written inquirie (Whatsupp with our telephone number or e-mail!)!
We will reply to youer question, as soon as possible.
Telephone requests can not be answered at this kind of service! Please, accept this, as this may interferir in the normal daily work we realize for YOU, our customers ! 
This service, on a small scale, is FREE for our customers!

If you are a new customer or dealing with more complex inquiries, we take the right to source a little fee. We will be happy to contact you, and on the basis of an agreement with you, we'll charge a small amount of money, depending on your expenses!

Do not hesitate to contact us with a detailed description of your problem / inquirie !
Do not forget, to provide your complete name and address, and we will reply to you, usually, within 12h, or in exceptional cases, within 24h, maximum!
